Responsibilities
- Pack and Verify: Accurately pack items into boxes according to size and weight specifications to ensure safe delivery.
- Scan Orders: Use handheld scanners to verify product accuracy against customer orders and apply proper labels.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all company safety protocols.
- Inventory Support: Assist in keeping the warehouse floor organized and help with inventory counts as needed.
- Documentation: Ensure all shipping documentation is completed correctly and attached to packages.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other warehouse staff to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during 8-hour shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors and returns.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Basic Math: Comfort with basic math for counting and weighing items.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
