Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Inspect merchandise for defects or damage before packing.
- Label packages with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Stack and organize products on pallets and shelves to maximize warehouse space.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic reading and math skills for reading labels and weighing packages.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
