Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated areas.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure incident-free operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
