Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Perform inventory counts and quality checks
- Maintain clean, organized workstation and storage areas
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and SOPs at all times
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail with error rates <1%
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our NW Indianapolis facility
- Team player with positive attitude
