Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and strict shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding hazardous materials and lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (not required for the packing role, but preferred).
