Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for distribution using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation to ensure data integrity.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update order statuses in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for local and national delivery.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse floor, but a plus).
