Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using company-provided scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory storage with provided forklifts and electric carts
- Pick and pack orders with precision using company-issued handheld devices
- Operate warehouse equipment safely per OSHA standards (all gear provided)
- Conduct daily cycle counts using provided inventory management tools
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment maintenance needs through provided digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly (company-provided lifting equipment available)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to overnight shift location
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical (company-provided PPE included)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
