Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load and unload trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- System Entry: Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to log incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; training is available for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
