Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work overnight shifts (Monday through Friday or rotating weekends).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
