Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy using our modern WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and report hazardous conditions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and navigate a warehouse environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
