Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse area remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily production targets.
- Load and unload freight trucks during shift changeovers and outbound shipping.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning barcodes and counting.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Forklift certification is a plus, but we provide training for qualified candidates.
