As an Overnight Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely through the night.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to maintain inventory flow.
- Conduct regular quality checks on inventory and packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse scanners.
