The Role
As an Overnight Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment ensuring that products are handled with care and accuracy during our peak night shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers and trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment.
- Inventory Management: Check incoming stock for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Stock Organization: Sort, stage, and organize merchandise in designated storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and capable of working night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
