Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and rotate stock to ensure FIFO compliance and product quality
- Monitor temperature/humidity levels and report deviations
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment following HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to all OSHA and food safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures
