Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and logging data into the inventory management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Perform routine safety inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Forklift Endorsement) is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
