Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
- Complete accurate documentation of material movements and inventory counts
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to promote efficiency and safety
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 6 months of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Punctual with reliable transportation to shift locations
