Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Class 1-4) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and freight cars.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Valid Driver's License (Class E or higher).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
