Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks before starting shifts.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
