Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Perform daily safety inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, or Counterbalance).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
