Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and logging data into our warehouse management system.
- Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory documentation.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
