Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized correctly.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and climb stairs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
