Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to safely load, unload, and move inventory.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all machinery to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels.
- Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline operations and meet shipping deadlines.
- Handle hazardous materials or heavy loads with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and record-keeping.
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred).
