As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We pride ourselves on a safety-first culture and offer comprehensive training for all new hires.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required by training and certification.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
