Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify order details to ensure the correct items, quantities, and quality are prepared for shipment.
- Wrap, label, and stage packages for delivery drivers in a timely manner.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; strong work ethic is essential.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
