Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using proper lifting techniques.
- Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely under supervision.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure accuracy during order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations and prepare items for shipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
