Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure all loading docks and storage areas are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for operating equipment and reading labels.
