Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock control processes to ensure accuracy.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts or heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
