Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely drive forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Inventory Control: Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to verify they are in proper working order.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of obstacles.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: Candidates with no prior forklift experience are encouraged to apply; we provide certification training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
