As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that every shipment is processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory safely.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to keep operations moving.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of all machinery.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and digital stock updates.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting tasks.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
