Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload trucks using proper stacking and weight distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-paid training)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Good communication skills in English
