Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems to track stock levels in real-time.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and distribution targets.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus (training available).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
