Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all safety protocols and machinery functionality are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding hazardous materials and heavy lifting.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping accuracy.
- Keep the work area organized and clean to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Certification must be provided).
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and weight capacity limits.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools for shift scheduling (for administrative coordination).
