Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to get certified).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
