Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise according to established safety and quality standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet tight deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, damages, and inventory counts using digital systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work part-time shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
