Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and package products based on customer orders, ensuring all items are correct and in pristine condition.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the packing station and warehouse aisles clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking role is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on details to ensure order accuracy.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
