Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately pack customer orders according to packing lists and safety guidelines.
- Properly label packages with correct addresses, barcodes, and shipping methods.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory status.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and verifying shipment contents.
- Report damaged goods or packaging issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
