Responsibilities
- Retrieve, select, and verify merchandise from the warehouse floor using handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Pack items securely in boxes, cartons, or crates to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and hourly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
