As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order processing.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand-held scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts (training available).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order picking and packing.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
