Responsibilities
- Accurately pick merchandise from shelves using RF scanners and pick-to-light technology.
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper padding and sealing.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips with physical items.
- Label packages with correct shipping addresses and barcodes.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and pricing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston facility.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled warehouse).
