Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to customer orders and picking lists.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
- Sort, label, and stage prepared orders for shipping.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new technology quickly (scanners, tablets).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
