Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality against purchase orders.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and label packages efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and packaging.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
