Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using picking tickets and scanners.
- Inspect products for quality control and damage prior to packing.
- Label, box, and secure packages according to shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
