Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy using handheld RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and power jacks to move materials.
- Inspect products for quality, damages, or discrepancies before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to use handheld scanning devices quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
