Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Label packages correctly and ensure they are loaded onto the correct delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification required or willing to train).
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
