Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day delivery
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
