Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Receive and process incoming shipments with proper documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and clean, safe work areas
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation to the Brannan Street location
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
