Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately using a handheld scanner.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor belts.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
