Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately using scanners and inventory management systems.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors safely.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak seasons.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and label verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
