Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and package merchandise for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock checks.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and clutter-free to ensure optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong track record of attendance and work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
