Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to strict safety and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipment contents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
